Install the Recordkite app in Slack, connect your Attio workspace, and add Recordkite to the shared channels you want logged.
Step 2
Confirm who's who
Recordkite suggests the Attio company for each channel and matches people by email. You confirm the mapping or adjust as needed.
Step 3
Read it in Attio
One activity per conversation, with a summary and a link back to Slack. Lists, views and workflows can use the Last Slack interaction date.

I've been a SaaS founder for several years and have used shared Slack channels for high-value customers. It was only when I built an Attio app and made Attio our source of truth that I noticed the gap. Customer emails get logged automatically and work beautifully. Slack conversations never show up in Attio at all. I built my own workarounds with automation tools, but they were never quite right.
