What counts as an active channel?
When you (or your agent) are setting up Recordkite, you choose the Slack Connect channels you want mapped to Attio. Every channel you add counts as an active channel.
Which Attio plan do we need?
You need to be on Attio's Pro or Enterprise plan. Recordkite logs conversations as custom activities, which Attio only supports on those plans.
How is Recordkite different from the native Attio Slack app?
The Attio Slack app lets you query your Attio data from Slack and automate certain workflows, but it doesn't automatically update your Attio records based on conversations that happen in Slack.
