These terms govern your use of the Recordkite website and service. Recordkite is a trading name of Cranford Tech Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15069364). "We", "us" and "our" mean Cranford Tech Limited, and "you" means the person or organisation using Recordkite. By using Recordkite, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
Recordkite connects your Slack workspace and Attio workspace, and logs conversations from the Slack Connect channels you choose as activities on the matching Attio records. We may improve or change the service over time.
You need a Slack workspace and an Attio Pro or Enterprise plan to use Recordkite. You're responsible for your account, for the people you give access to, and for choosing which channels to connect. Slack and Attio are third-party services with their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or changes they make.
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to connect the channels you choose, including telling the people in them where required. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Don't use Recordkite to break the law or anyone's rights, to send harmful or malicious content, to interfere with the service or its security, or to resell or reverse engineer it.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, based on the number of active channels in your plan, as shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude taxes, which we'll add where required. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal. Except where the law requires, fees aren't refundable. If payment fails, we may suspend the service until it's resolved.
Recordkite uses AI to summarise conversations. Summaries can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, so please check anything important against the original Slack conversation, which is always linked.
We aim to keep Recordkite running smoothly and offer support by email, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free unless we've agreed a service level with you in writing.
We own Recordkite, including its software, design and brand. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription is active; they don't transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
You can cancel at any time, and your plan will end at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When your account ends, we'll stop processing your data and delete it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it. Activities already written to Attio stay in your Attio workspace.
Apart from what we expressly promise in these terms, Recordkite is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Slack and Attio are trademarks of their respective owners. Recordkite is an independent product and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Slack or Attio.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, give customers reasonable notice by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
